Melkbosstrand

Melkbosstrand at a glance

Melkbosstrand is a coastal village on the Western Seaboard of Cape Town and is the northern-most suburb of the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality within which it became incorporated when metropolitan boundaries were redrawn. The village lies close to Bloubergstrand and boasts its own 7km stretch of white beaches and ideal surfing conditions. The vibe is relaxed and artistic. A few good restaurants and small shopping centres cater for the necessary and Melkbosstrand is flanked by the R27 that either takes you to the west coast further north or straight to the city via Milnerton and Paardeneiland. The prestigious Atlantic Beach Golf Estate with views over the Atlantic Ocean, borders Melkbosstrand on the one side and the R27 on the other. Beautiful homesteads to townhouses available and sought after.
